This model is a Boot with a wing cap and perforations.

The upper leather is horse leather, known in the trade as cordovan. Genuine Shell Cordovan from the Horween Tannery in Chicago is available in limited quanitities only, and is thus a true rarity. Characteristic of this exclusive material is its especially deep colouring, with an almost metallic sheen. This leather is extremely tough and wears very well, thanks to its high content of natural fats. Please read the advice on care prior to purchasing.

The insole is stitch-welted. Beneath the insole is a layer of cork, providing additional resilience and insulation. The double leather outsole is strengthened by 84 brass nails per shoe, in the 6-nail pattern typical of Dinkelacker.

This shoe fit is a long form, yet provides plenty of room in the area of the ball of the foot.
